Diane

Scheduling Coordinator

Diane was introduced to Dr. Kawata's wonderful office when her children began treatment with him. She was very impressed with the quality of the treatment and the overall experience with the office. This inspired her to become a part of his orthodontic team. Diane is cheerful and efficient at the front desk, and is conscientious in assisting patients with their appointment needs. "I love working for Dr. Kawata and Dr. Matsumoto! The atmosphere here is always upbeat and positive," she says.

Away from the office, Diane enjoys time with her husband Mark and her two adult children. Her hobbies include boating, skiing, biking, reading and baking.

Jennifer

Treatment Coordinator

Jennifer assists Dr. Kawata in the initial evaluation and recheck appointments. Jennifer takes pride in giving exceptional service to our patients and is excited to help them get started on achieving a beautiful smile. "I love my job because it gives me the privilege of meeting new people everyday and the opportunity to continually learn new things from our wonderful patients."

Jennifer and her husband live in Corona with their three children. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her kids play soccer and baseball, spending time with great friends, and decorating her home.

Mari

Financial Coordinator / Registered Dental Assistant

Mari has over 30 years experience in all aspects of orthodontics and is a registered dental assistant (RDA). "I enjoy working with parents and patients in making fantastic smiles affordable. I find great satisfaction helping our team wherever the need arises. Dr. Kawata and Dr. Matsumoto's philosophy on patient care creates a great environment for both our patients and our staff. I enjoy coming to work everyday!"

Mari and her husband David have six adult children. Two are married and the FIRST grandbaby is on the way! Mari enjoys spending time with her growing family, reading, jogging, and going to the latest movies.

Ashley

Registered Dental Assistant

Ashley is a Registered Dental Assistant and is a former patient of Dr. Kawata's. Her interest in orthodontic assisting began when she was in treatment with Dr. Kawata. "When I was a patient, I always enjoyed the friendliness and care of the entire orthodontic team, and now that I work here, I love coming to work because the atmosphere is always positive and fun, and I love being a part of it."

Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and taking weekend trips to the beach. She is also a full-time student majoring in business.

Laura

Registered Dental Assistant

Laura has been a Registered Dental Assistant for five years and has recently moved from the San Fernando Valley to the Inland Empire to join our office. "I couldn't be any happier working with such a great team!"

Laura is married and has two daughters, Isabella and Jada-Star. She enjoys taking her daughters to the movies and going to the beach.

Robyn

Registered Dental Assistant

Robyn is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked in orthodontics for the last ten years. She enjoys interacting with the patients and watching their smiles transform. "I truly enjoy what I do. There is nothing better than working with the best people in the field and having fun doing it! I consider myself blessed."

Robyn lives with her husband and three kids in Mira Loma. As a family they enjoy going to the river to wakeboard and water ski.

Twila

Registered Dental Assistant

Twila has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1982, and previously worked with Dr. Kawata in the early 1990's. She loves working in orthodontics, and especially enjoys seeing the positive changes in our patient's appearance and self-confidence. "I am really happy to rejoin Dr. Kawata in his practice. I have always admired his dedication to his patients and his positive attitude. Not only is he a fantastic orthodontist, but I think he is also a great person."

Twila lives in Corona with her husband and two daughters. On the weekends, she and her husband love to ride their Harleys, and, from October through April, you'll likely find them riding in their sandrail at Glamis.

Mariah

Sterilization Technician

Mariah was introduced to the team through fellow employee Robyn. She is excited and honored to work under Dr. Kawata and Dr. Matsumoto. "Everyone in the office is so upbeat and genuine. I look forward to coming in for work because I don't do your everyday average job. My work is interesting and different."

Mariah enjoys softball and water polo. She will soon be off to college where she will major in communications.
